Seriously.

Does lunch get any better? Yes, but only with sauerkraut.

The guys are going to LOVE me tonight at work.

3-1/2 hours from home...

The Schnitzelbank is a restaurant in Jasper, IN. It is my
wife's favorite restaurant in the whole world. So, for our
anniversary (the 8th) and Mothers Day (the 10th) she got
to go to Jasper. My mother (HER Mothers Day present)
and Father met us. Including shopping in St. Meinrad, we
had 7-1/2 hours driving just to eat out. My parents had
6-1/2 hrs themselves!

Danger, Men Cooking...again!

Today was my first day off in a couple of weeks, so I relaxed in my
favorite room in the house by cooking.

Fried 'taters with red onions w/salt, pepper and garlic in olive oil...

On the plate with French toast and scrambled eggs and sausage...

Sunday Brinner -

Yes, I know it's a new word.
Fasted for Mass, had a late lunch.
If you do it right, one meal does it for the day.
General Tso makes for a great chicken dinner.

World's best coffee maker plus purty good brew....

Means that I may be able to live through today after staying up 'til 4:00 am working on an online course...

...and Fruit

No Exotic Birds...

Sorting through the fruit supply. We always buy too much and have to occasionally weed out the semi-rotten stuff.

There's a reason I'm fat...

Barnes & Noble is probably my favorite place to shop and browse.

The picture on the left is my second favorite place in Barnes and Noble.

My favorite place is the music department. All the fun of Amazon.com and you actually get to TOUCH the stuff. Stopped in tonight to spend the gift card I got for Christmas. I picked up Uncle Charlie and His Dog Teddy. (1970 - Nitty Gritty Dirt Band) B&N is comparatively more expensive, but you can't get a chocolate chunk cookie and a cup of coffee at amazon.com.

Before you get the idea that I should spend more time shopping amazon.com and less at B&N, you can down any amount of snack food while shopping online. At least at B&N I have to work for it...
