Update time!
Most people believe that the separation of church and state is for the benefit of the state.Just the opposite in fact.
Politics is a cancer to religion.
It serves neither God nor man to make Christianity the object of a referendum every 2-4 years. Vote your principles, just don't make the Party your Church and the leader of the party your god.
